Lean and slim. Brindleleaf was definitely not made for fighting or sheer power, her shoulders are thin and paws dainty, with very little muscle mass covering her. The she-cat is tall compared to many of her female clanmates, with long, slender legs. She is a graceful cat, holding herself tall and confident, with a stride that seems to hardly touch the ground, as if she is simply floating. A blanket of soft, thin fur gives her an elegant appearance. Brindleleaf's fur is pale in color, a mottled mixture of various different shades intermingle through her pelt, from grey to almost white in some places. While as a kit, her pelt was darker with a much more prominent mottled pattern, as she has aged, the shade has faded and it can at times be hard to see that there is much of a pattern.
Beautiful, there is no doubt about it. While her graceful, elegant gait is attractive and intriguing, her face is also one of beauty. Dainty features compliment the rest of her small body. Bright blue eyes are set inside her skull, they are always bright and swimming with curiosity. They show all her emotions, Brindleleaf finds it almost impossible to hide what she is feeling, and her eyes are the reason. A small muzzle with a dark grey nose sit at the center of her face with dark grey leading up the bridge of her nose, mixing with mottled grey markings on her head and ears. Long, thin white whiskers protruding from Brindleleaf's whisker bed, blending with much of her pale fur.

While they were not wrong, as Brindleleaf was incredibly intelligent and skilled, able to remember herbs and their uses easily, even receiving her full medicine cat name several moons before many do, such praise has caused her to become rather arrogant. While she does not usually advertise the fact that she sees herself better than others, especially other medicine cats, Brindleleaf does think to herself and believe herself to be superior due to her prodigy status and constant praise. She can also be somewhat passive aggressive about it, saying small things that while they seem helpful or kind, really aren't.
